Engagement Architect - Cloud Architecture (FEDRAMP)

📋 Description

• Own client engagements end-to-end: contract to managed operations.
• Instantiate reference architecture for the contracted FedRAMP level.
• Lead security control implementations and automation validation.
• Coordinate engineering teams on identity, monitoring, change mgmt.
• Drive builds through quality gates to a stable transition.
• Serve as primary technical counterpart; run sessions, manage milestones.
• Document architecture decisions and feed lessons back to standards.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or above in IT or related field.
• 8+ years in cloud engineering/architecture; 3+ years leading delivery.
• Experience leading FedRAMP builds or authorizations (or depth in regulated cloud regimes).
• Hands-on IaC, IAM, logging/monitoring, and cloud networking on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong client-facing communication; able to explain decisions to engineers and sponsors.
• Required Certifications: Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
