Conduct Engagement assessments to determine social and therapeutic needs and goals.
Develop an Engagement Program with activities and outings.
Implement and supervise all Engagement activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
Post a monthly calendar of engagement activities.
Cultivate relationships with outside organizations for program support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years experience may substitute.
2 years in social/recreational or educational programs; 1 year in health care/mental health with frail elderly.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days; certification on hire preferred.
