📋 Description

  • Lead the Customer Readiness phase with support as needed
  • Collaborate with Solution Leads and Consultants on delivering SOWs
  • Be the customer’s primary contact and first escalation point
  • Manage engagement scope, schedule, risks, and budget
  • Prepare weekly status/progress reports and lead status meetings
  • Facilitate resourcing and forecasting; lead stand-up meetings

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles
  • 5+ years in client success or equivalent, improving satisfaction, adoption, loyalty
  • Experience building relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite
  • Experience mapping user requirements to Salesforce solutions
  • Cross-functional experience with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience analyzing data to standardize data and processes regionally/globally
