Engagement Lead, PAM

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the delivery and operational management of IAM/PAM Managed Services
• Provide technical leadership across Idira (CyberArk) PAM, EPM and Secrets Manager (Conjur).
• Design scalable and secure PAM, EPM and Secrets Management solutions across enterprise
• Lead, mentor and support a team of IAM professionals, fostering accountability, technical
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service delivery, stakeholder
• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities, including troubleshooting, root cause

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM/PAM operations, managed services, or a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on Managed Services experience with Idira (CyberArk) PAM, EPM, and Secrets Manager (Conjur).
• Experience gathering customer requirements and collaborating with solution architects to design
• Experience with Remote Access (Alero), Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), Secure Web Sessions
• Experience integrating Conjur with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible
• Experience supporting client engagements, including scope definition, delivery planning and
