📋 Description

• Review, negotiate and finalise engagement letters for our clients, working from client playbooks
• Be the day-to-day contact for clients on engagement letter matters, liaising directly with
• Keep client playbooks current by feeding back the positions and fallback terms you see in
• Support the wider Contracts team on NDAs and other routine commercial contracts as volumes require.
• Use our AI-backed tools in your daily work, give product feedback, and share what you learn with

🎯 Requirements

• Transactional experience: You have 5+ years’ PQE and have independently negotiated engagement
• Licensed to practise: You are qualified to practise law in UK / Europe / US or Canada.
• Familiar with financial services: You have worked with asset managers, investment banks or other
• Commercially minded and client-focused: You give crisp, practical advice and build trust with
• Tech-savvy: You are comfortable with AI-backed legal tools, and an interest in legal tech is a
• A self-starter: You take ownership, prioritise well in a fast-paced environment, and look for ways
