Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategic client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for senior client
• Develop and execute account-growth strategies focused on upselling, cross-selling, renewals, team
• Build relationships across new client business units to identify additional opportunities and
• Lead SOW development, RFP responses, commercial proposals, solution pitches, pricing discussions
• Manage contract renewals, MSA negotiations, pricing, margins, utilization, budgets, profitability
• Conduct regular MBRs, QBRs, governance reviews, and account-health discussions with senior

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IT professional services, technology consulting, client engagement
• Proven track record of driving account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, team
• Strong experience leading SOWs, RFP responses, commercial proposals, solution pitches, and contract
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including practical understanding of margins, utilization
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts and senior client relationships, including VP
• Strong experience conducting MBRs, QBRs, governance forums, and executive-level client reviews.
