Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise relationships
• Primary contact for customer questions, issues, and escalations
• Lead commercial processes to close new and existing business
• Manage technical relationships with research teams; guide evaluation & training
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering to track delivery
• Forecast revenue growth and unblock growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in consulting or technical program mgmt
• Technical BS/MS or equivalent; comfortable with ML/engineering stakeholders
• Experience in top-tier consulting and fast-growth tech startup
• Proven track record in enterprise client-facing roles and expanding relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Understand ML training/evaluation lifecycle; build trusted relationships
• Great cross-functional experience and collaborative ability
