📋 Description

• Partner with sales in presales to explain onboarding.
• Participate in customer discovery to define needs.
• Lead the sales-to-implementation transition: scope, timelines, roles.
• Serve as trusted advisor and single accountability during onboarding.
• Monitor delivery progress and facilitate cross-team communication.
• Proactively manage changes and risks to ensure onboarding success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or client-facing SaaS roles.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to executive and operational audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's in Business or Engineering; MBA or PMP a plus; Industry 4.0 knowledge.
