📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that use Typeface's generative AI platform to
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs, creative leaders, and brand teams, connecting AI-powered
• Build executive trust through clear communication, strong governance, and proactive risk management.
• Develop GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with each customer's business
• Lead discovery workshops and develop actionable roadmaps for high-impact use cases across email
• Partner with engineers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges
• Exceptional C-level stakeholder management skills
• Passion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and
• Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models
