📋 Description

• Relationship management as a sponsor on multiple projects concurrently
• Monitoring projects to ensure scope and cost are aligned with contractual obligations
• Managing multiple resources within the Project management and process consulting sub-teams
• Clarifies project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
• Clarifies project success criteria and disseminates them to stakeholders throughout the project
• Leads the development and management of the project work plan, including work sequencing, work

🎯 Requirements

• Previous people management experience preferred
• Experience with client relationship management at all levels from managers to C-suite
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: the ability to work well with people from many different
• Ability to develop consensus amongst diverse groups
• Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred
• Understanding of consulting methodologies and/or experience at a consulting firm, design thinking
