Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Understand customers' portfolios and priorities to design MongoDB-based transformations.
• Translate use-cases into scoped projects and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Sales to plan account strategies for adoption and growth.
• Own deals and technical scoping from inception to closure.
• Manage the Professional Services pipeline for bookings and regional forecasts.
• Articulate business value and mitigate delivery risks for services.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in CS, Math, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years selling Professional Services in enterprise software.
• Experience as architect/consultant/project manager/PS manager.
• Experience carrying a quota for PS bookings.
• Knowledge of databases (RDBMS/SQL/NoSQL) and cloud tech (AWS/GCP).
• Fluent in French and English.
