Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own and direct the full engagement life cycle for Collibra services.
• Collaborate across customer personas, industries, and Collibra teams.
• Lead project delivery and drive customer success and adoption.
• Drive renewal and expansion by accelerating value and adoption.
• Support go-lives and ensure production readiness.
• Hybrid role in London; in-office at least two days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting management experience with customers; SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time, on budget, and to quality.
• Ability to build relationships and present to business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of core data management or data governance technologies (a plus).
• Proficient in English; German or Dutch language skills preferred.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve outcomes.
