• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory at Engagement Manager/Project Leader level.
• Experience delivering large-scale tech deployments or change mgmt in enterprise orgs (legal/finance).
• Executive presence; comfortable with senior partners and C-suite.
• Strong PM instincts: own the plan, surface risk early, drive outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
