Engagement Manager - Commercial Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project budgets of $1M+ and act as the primary point of contact for project health and
• Support brand-building activities and development of internal IP

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting
• Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing
• Highly analytical approach to problem-solving with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
