Engagement lifecycle management from SOW through closeout
Manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements
Primary customer contact; manage expectations and escalations
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Support, Enablement, and Product
Proactively identify risks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of engagement or project management, preferably with technical software
Managed multiple concurrent engagements and kept quality high
Strong experience with enterprise customers and customer-facing communication
Coordinated cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, product) and resource allocation
Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
Handled scope change management and complex stakeholder dynamics
