📋 Description

• Drive customer AI roadmaps and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value
• Co-own scope definition, planning, and estimation for complex engagements
• Lead day-to-day engagement management and maintain execution discipline
• Establish and manage communication rhythms across customer and internal teams
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity
• Identify risks, blockers, and emerging issues and ensure they are addressed
