📋 Description

• Own transformation engagements end to end across Harvey's largest accounts.
• Map workflows and identify highest-value opportunities; build roadmaps with Legal Engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and reinforce adoption via change management.
• Build executive relationships and advise on operating model with senior leaders.
• Hand off with rigor: transition to Customer Success with adoption summary and next steps.
• Travel required: up to 50% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory owning a transformation end to end.
• Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change programs at enterprise organizations in legal or financial services.
• Exceptional executive presence; comfortable leading conversations with senior partners and C-suite leaders.
• Strong program management instincts: own the plan and drive to outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on the future of legal work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and in evolving playbooks.
