Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead customer success, platform adoption, and value realization across enterprise accounts.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy, implement, and scale
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical stakeholders, aligning technology
• Manage complex AI deployment programs, including project planning, stakeholder coordination
• Translate AI-driven insights into actionable operational improvements that reduce downtime
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to support strategic customer opportunities and identify

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience deploying industrial analytics, asset performance management (APM)
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex enterprise
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams, operational leaders, and executive
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Data
