📋 Description

• Lead payer strategy and operations engagements from work planning through delivery, aligning
• Structure complex, ambiguous business problems; guide quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Advise clients on payer strategic priorities and operating challenges, including growth, market
• Develop business cases, operating model recommendations, transformation roadmaps, governance
• Oversee development of compelling executive presentations and deliverables, ensuring analytical
• Manage engagement scope, work plans, staffing, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality while

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of healthcare consulting experience; experience serving health plans or other payer
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Understanding of health plan business models, payer economics, and strategic and operational
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting workstreams or engagements, managing teams, and
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving, financial and operational analysis, and ability to
