Engagement Manager (NYC)

📋 Description

• Manage full engagement lifecycle from SOW to closeout
• Serve as primary customer contact; deliver status updates
• Lead 5-8 concurrent technical engagements; ensure quality
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Support, Enablement
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation; track resolution
• Own delivery quality and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience (tech/software)
• Managed multiple concurrent engagements with high quality
• Experience with enterprise customers and customer-facing communication
• Coordinated cross-functional teams and resource allocation
• Proficient with Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Start-up DNA: fast-paced, ambiguous environments; self-starter
