📋 Description

• Define and build vivenu’s digital ecosystem by collaborating with Sales, Solutions, and Customer
• Scope projects that clearly define boundaries where the core vivenu product ends, marketplace
• Lead engagements as the primary leader for scoping and delivery, managing project plans, timelines
• Identify and track risks, collaborating with customer success managers and product teams as needed
• Draft statements of work and change orders while maintaining target margins, billable utilization
• Act as the voice of the field, closely collaborating with Engineering and Product to shape the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical project management or engagement management experience in a professional
• Proven track record of authoring technical scope documents and SOWs, managing change orders, and
• Excellent client-facing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
• High proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, SmartSheet)
• Familiarity with scoping headless website architectures, APIs, third-party integrations, and web
