📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day execution of revenue cycle consulting projects, including project planning
• Assess current-state operations, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable recommendations
• Leverage financial, operational, and performance data to identify root causes, evaluate improvement
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including revenue cycle leaders and other
• Help clients translate recommendations into actionable improvement plans, including process
• Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, or transformation, with
• Experience in healthcare consulting or a comparable role leading complex revenue cycle improvement
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple workstreams, and deliver
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational and
