📋 Description

• Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from planning through implementation to ensure successful
• Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status
• Maintain strong partnership with Design leadership and cross-functional teams to identify team
• Track capacity and demand across key programs to better communicate resource and project needs or
• Collaborate with a wide variety of internal cross-functional stakeholders to improve the efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally on a design
• Experience with Identity and Access Management
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changes in priority, areas of focus, and unforeseen
• Ability to independently adjust own work deliverables as priorities shift
• Strong self-awareness and ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback to colleagues
• Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams
