📋 Description

• Build and Maintain Scaled Marketing Operating Models: Design and own repeatable operating models
• Develop Member Engagement Playbooks: Create standardized engagement playbooks and B2B2C marketing
• Drive Registration and Utilization at Scale: Partner with Member Marketing, CS, Workforce
• Standardize Assets and Toolkits: Oversee the development of a library of customizable, on-brand
• Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Work with analytics to design tracking methodology, and
• Process and Systems Ownership: Own and evolve the marketing templates, tools, workflows, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, including experience building, standardizing, or scaling marketing programs
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes, playbooks, and operating models — not just
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate program performance across many accounts
• Proven track record of working effectively across Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
