Engagement Services Manager

📋 Description

• Represent Samsara's services to customers during the sales cycle.
• Position service value and define scope, approach, and timeline with executives.
• Own services ARR quota and forecast the services pipeline.
• Plan scoping, LOE, proposals, transitions, and resource plans.
• Be the trusted advisor for deployment and change management.
• Govern implementation to maintain sponsor relationships and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in professional services or technology solutions.
• Build relationships with sales, CSMs, and partners.
• Strong presentation skills for complex service solutions.
• Develop service templates and engagement processes with a builder mindset.
• Proficient in SOW/proposal scoping and delivering; SFDC reports/dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
