📋 Description

• Own bid function end-to-end from market sounding to submission.
• Build bid capability across the wider business.
• Assess opportunities for eligibility before go/no-go.
• Prepare go/no-go papers and present to sector Director.
• Write and edit responses to be compliant and compelling.
• Lead bid reviews, debriefs and lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery: Excellent bid writer with track record in PM, controls, cost, or data/digital.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, data centre delivery, or UK public sector.
• Built or improved bid infrastructure (library, case studies) and used PandaDoc.
• Strong communication to challenge directors and lead SMEs.
• Leadership: self-starter who can drive urgency across multiple bids.
• Nice to have: AI tools in bids (Claude) and presenting bid strategy to senior leaders.
