📋 Description

• Lead the development and management of professionals within the software engineering discipline
• Serve as a technical reference for engineering teams, promoting knowledge sharing and helping
• Define, maintain, and disseminate software engineering standards, frameworks, methodologies, best
• Lead and structure the Development Center of Excellence, ensuring the team maintains relevant
• Build and monitor the technical roadmap for the discipline, identifying opportunities to adopt new
• Support the adoption and evolution of internal AI-enabled development initiatives and modern

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in either Back-end
• Strong proficiency in at least one major technology stack, such as Java, .NET, Python, or
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern software architecture practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Clean Code, automated testing, Code Review, and contemporary
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams and establishing engineering
