🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in footwear manufacturing, engineering, production or
• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Engineering, Apparel, Footwear, or related disciplines.
• Strong subject matter expertise in footwear technical construction including construction
• Strong understanding of paper pattern creation; familiarity with digital product creation is a
• Ability to assess complex engineering and production situations and translate technical information
