Engineer – FLS Inspections

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections and audits of buildings and systems for SBC, Civil Defense, and NFPA compliance.
• Ensure fire protection systems are designed, installed, and maintained to safeguard life and property.
• Perform inspections of fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, lighting).
• Verify compliance with Saudi Civil Defence, SBC 201/801, and NFPA standards.
• Review design, shop, and as-built drawings for life safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and authorities to close safety gaps and support commissioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Saudi Building Code, and Civil Defense processes.
• Experience with fire system testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Certifications preferred: NFPA Fire Inspector I/II, CFPS, OSHA, NEBOSH.
• Ability to work independently, travel across KSA, and coordinate with stakeholders.
