Engineer, Identity Governance  Administration (IGA)

📋 Description

• Lead design, implement, and support Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint ISC.
• Design scalable identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and access governance.
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with cloud platforms, HR systems, and directories.
• Define architecture, workflows, provisioning, and governance controls for IAM.
• Design cloud IAM integrations across Entra ID, Okta, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years hands-on with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tech.
• 2+ years implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in large enterprises.
• Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with Entra ID, AD, ServiceNow, cloud and SaaS.
• Expertise in IAM lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC/SoD.
• Experience designing AI-powered solutions for Identity Governance platforms.
