Engineer - Microsoft

📋 Description

• Administer Exchange Online: mailboxes, groups, rules, policies
• Implement Defender for Office 365 and EOP security controls
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online and mail flow end-to-end
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Cloud (hybrid, SSO, MFA)
• Enforce IAM policies: compliance, conditional access, PIM, RBAC
• Lead IT projects on email/identity; document changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• 6+ years managing Exchange Online, Azure, IAM (Intune, Teams)
• Strong knowledge of Exchange, Azure AD, and IAM tech
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience migrating on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online
• Certs: MS-220, MS-100, MS-200, MS-300, MS-500, MD-101, AZ-140
