🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in Cross Platform Mobile Engineering, preferably in Kotlin
• Proven track record of architectural leadership and end-to-end ownership of critical, high-impact
• Strong soft skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and mentor emerging leaders
• Experience driving technical quality, maintainability, and resilience across large-scale mobile
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and solving complex, ambiguous
• Demonstrated capability using generative AI tools (e.g., ClaudeCode, GitHub Copilot) to enhance
