Engineering and Construction Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide onsite field management and coordination for electric transmission construction projects
• Manage contractor personnel and construction activities for projects involving approximately 20 to
• Oversee contractor execution on construction contracts valued at up to $20 million
• Mentor and support Construction Engineers in their professional and technical development
• Establish, evaluate, and maintain jobsite safety and quality control procedures
• Conduct and document safety and quality audits, addressing deficiencies as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Seven or more years of experience in project construction or project leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Previous supervisory, team leadership, or contractor management experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with project construction schedules and critical path planning
• Experience managing large contractor teams and complex construction activities
