Engineering and Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Work closely with the Head of Health, Safety and Facilities to ensure all facilities, engineering
• Provide leadership, management and development of teams responsible for Facilities Maintenance
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities to maximise
• Manage and monitor the performance of external consultants, contractors and service providers.
• Support the development and management of facilities and engineering budgets.
• Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all areas of responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven working background in engineering maintenance and management experience.
• Proven experience in engineering, maintenance or building services leadership roles.
• HNC / HND Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• IOSH or NEBOSH Qualification.
• Legionella Responsible Person.
