🎯 Requirements

Director/VP level with 15+ years leading technical research teams.
Strong AI/ML expertise in theory and applied areas.
Research leader with publications; PhD preferred.
Willing to coach; turn leadership into coaching skills.
Must complete ICF-certified coach training before coaching.
Remote; based in North America or Europe; 12+ hrs/mo.
