Engineering Coach - Manager of Researchers (Director/VP+)

📋 Description

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions on the Mento Platform.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance our practices.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of Mento.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years as director/VP or engineering leader of research teams.
• Expert in AI/ML with large-scale modeling; CS or mathematical sciences.
• PhD preferred (not required).
• Remote role; based in North America or Europe.
• Commit to 12+ hours/month for 24+ months.
• Willing to complete ICF-certified Mento Coaching 101 training.
