• Participating in training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or in-app chat.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance practices.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior engineering leader with 15+ years leading research teams.
• Strong AI/ML researcher or engineering manager with large-scale modeling.
• PhD preferred; publications or patents are a plus.
• Wants to turn leadership into coaching skills.
• Remote work; based in North America or Europe; 12+ hrs/mo for 24+ months.
• Comfortable in a constantly changing startup.
