📋 Description

• Own data maintenance and reliability for R&D Pigment apps and reports.
• Define data definitions and refresh cadence for analytics models.
• Ensure trusted reporting with automated quality checks and data contracts.
• Develop analytics models from curated datasets to scalable handoffs.
• Create self-serve templates and playbooks for common questions.
• Prepare leadership dashboards and recurring staffing/hiring reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in Product Analytics / Data Analytics / BI in a B2B SaaS env.
• Strong SQL: write reliable, readable queries and curated datasets.
• Data modeling concepts (facts/dimensions, grain, data contracts, metric definitions).
• Ability to run analyses independently and explain results to non-analytics audiences.
• Ambiguity tolerance and rapid iteration.
• Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics stacks.
