Proven track record leading large-scale engineering teams across multiple programs.
Hands-on AI/GenAI adoption from PoC to production.
Experience managing distributed cross-division delivery with SLAs/KPIs.
Strong delivery models: agile at scale; hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore.
Familiarity with e-commerce/retail; Salesforce, SAP, data integration, POS stack a plus.
Fully bilingual French/English (mandatory).
