Engineering Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of engineering work packages to cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders; manage dependencies.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities; ensure engineering governance.
• Support bid, change, and growth activities including estimating and planning.
• Collaborate with project management and leadership to hit milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering project, delivery, or work package management experience in a complex technical environment.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk/opportunity management, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across the full engineering lifecycle to milestones.
• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Security, or other regulated sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
