📋 Description

• Set the direction: Own engineering strategy and roadmap across Marketplace, Patient Engagement and
• Build product builders: Build a strong engineering team focused on customer value, clarify
• Turn AI into a product: Work with Product and Design to bring AI into discovery, booking
• Continue rewiring how engineering works: Set standards for AI-assisted development, ensuring
• Own the architecture: Guide design and engineering standards across the portfolio, balancing pace
• Remove friction at its source: Improve ideation-to-impact process with clear priorities, metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading multi-team engineering organizations through managers, with a record of growing
• Daily, practical fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• A product mindset, connecting engineering strategy to customer outcomes and business results.
• Technical depth across architecture, delivery, reliability, and security.
• Strong partnership skills with Product, Design, Data, and business leaders; calm with executives
• Experience with marketplaces and complex, high-stakes products where reliability, privacy, and
