• Set the direction: Own the engineering strategy and roadmap across Marketplace, Patient Engagement
• Build product builders: Build a strong engineering team that thinks in terms of value, with clear

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading multi-team engineering organisations through managers, with a record of growing
• Daily, practical fluency with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and
• A product mindset: connecting engineering strategy to customer outcomes and business results.
• Technical depth across architecture, delivery, reliability and security.
• Strong partnership skills with Product, Design, Data and business leaders.
• Experience with marketplaces and complex, high-stakes products where reliability, privacy and
