📋 Description

• Lead the Spend domain engineering org in the US; own strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure delivery quality and engineering excellence across multiple squads.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Commercial to translate strategy into execution.
• Build and scale a high-performing SF engineering team; mentor managers.
• Guide architectural decisions across data engineering, AI, and analytics.
• Own talent acquisition for SF market to attract top engineering talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing managers or Engineering Leads and scaling teams.
• Strong product thinking; partner with Product Management to define roadmaps.
• Deep fluency in software architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ownership.
