• Engineering Workflow Integration — Embed AI into core products and pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in CS, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, DL, RL, and recommender systems
• Proven track record turning AI into measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on AI integration into engineering workflows (coding assistants, reviews)
• Mandarin and English proficiency for multilingual collaboration
