🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience: At least 15 years within the Mining & Metals sector
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams of 5-30 professionals
• Proven experience coaching managers, technical leaders, and engineering professionals
• Experience with large-scale industrial, mining, mineral processing, or metals projects
• Experience supporting international and global project execution
• Strategic thinking: combine commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
