Provide governance, status reporting and escalation for timely decisions.
Translate business and product intent into a coordinated technical execution plan.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred.
10+ years experience in software development teams.
Agile delivery certification (e.g. Scrum) with practical application.
Strong grounding in secure software development and non-functional requirements.
Experience with cloud-native, API-first microservices, and event-driven platforms.
Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
