Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Own the technical design, architecture, and execution of major products, systems, and engineering
• Design and develop scalable, reliable systems across backend and frontend applications, APIs
• Remain hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and
• Drive architecture decisions and clearly evaluate trade-offs involving scalability, reliability
• Translate ambiguous product and business requirements into well-defined technical solutions
• Lead technically critical initiatives and coordinate engineering efforts across teams when broader

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and delivering production systems.
• Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as backend engineering, frontend development
• Strong system design and software architecture capabilities, particularly for complex, scalable, or
