📋 Description

• Lead team building products that directly drive Flock's growth
• Own delivery and technical quality for the Acquisition team, working with PM to ship features
• Write high-quality, well-tested TypeScript and own end-to-end delivery to production
• Partner with product to drive impact, translate business goals into technical scope and delivery
• Grow engineers around you through code, design discussions, and pairing
• Shape how the team works: improve developer experience, CI/CD, observability, release practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to co-lead a team alongside a PM, taking joint ownership of delivery, quality, and
• Strong hands-on engineering ability; comfortable shipping high-quality, well-tested TypeScript in
• Significant experience with AWS and modern serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge
• Pragmatic approach to technical decisions, balancing reliability, observability, performance, and
• Track record of raising engineering standards as a force-multiplier, through code reviews, pairing
• Strong communication skills; able to represent team upwards and translate business goals into
