Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Hands-on role combining individual technical contribution with leadership of a small team
• Contribute across the stack in Backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or Frontend (React)
• Recruit and develop a top-class engineering team for a critical product area
• Design and evolve technical architecture to support rapid scale
• Lead projects and make product decisions based on customer interactions
• Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Backend design: secure, scalable, reliable systems
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS)
• Deep expertise with Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend, or React for frontend
• Ability to communicate technical ideas and influence decisions
• Aptitude for leading and growing an engineering team
