🎯 Requirements

Proven ability to co-lead a team with a PM.
Hands-on TypeScript engineering; shipping production quality code.
Significant AWS and serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway).
Strong communication and mentoring; raise engineering standards.
Experience with CI/CD, tooling, and developer experience.
Confident using AI development tools to speed delivery.
